Welcome to a new school year!

I am very excited to be teaching Elementary Spanish at Springfield Plains Elementary this year! I cannot

wait for another fun year of teaching Spanish to your children! This is one of many blog posts that I will post.

I will be posting every month to update you on our Spanish learning.

There will be another Spanish Club this year, and communication will be sent out in September.

February and March 2022 Young Fives We have been learning about the days of the week in Spanish! We read the book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar in Spanish! We learned a lot of new songs! Kindergarten We learned about days of the week and months of the year in Spanish! We also read the book, The Very Hungry Caterpillar in Spanish! We also learned a lot of new songs! 1st grade We learned about telling time and the days of the week in Spanish! We also practiced expressing what the weather is like in Spanish! We learned some new songs! 2nd grade We practiced time, days of the week, and weather in Spanish! We learned how to count by 5’s, and 10’s in Spanish! We watched some fun videos!
