¡Bienvenidos! Welcome to our Spanish class! This letter’s purpose is to introduce to you my philosophy of education and to inform you what to expect from me as your student’s teacher. Communication is critically important in the education of your child. I believe communication is crucial in developing a partnership between the parent, the student and the teacher.   I am very excited to be teaching Elementary Spanish at Springfield Plains Elementary this year! My name is Rachel Campbell and I am a graduate from Adrian College with a B.A. in Spanish and Elementary Education. This will be my twelfth year of teaching, and I absolutely love teaching Spanish!   I have had the wonderful opportunity to study abroad in Spain at the University of Salamanca. Young Fives and Kindergarten - Learned all about the parts of our bodies in Spanish and the shapes! -We learned a lot of new Spanish songs! 1st grade - We worked really hard and learned a lot of new words! - We learned how to describe ourselves in Spanish! - We also learned about our families and pets in Spanish!
